Chef and YouTuber JunsKitchen creates a beautiful scenery made up of delicious traditional seafood platter ingredients. The dish is known as a “Sakura Tree Tempura” is just as delicious as it looks beautiful.

3 tbs Soy sauce
1 tbsp Mirin
2 tbsp Sugar
150ml Bonito stock (Katsuo dashi)
–Sakura tree (Ayashiraga)–
50g Rice flour
1 Egg yolk
200ml Cold flour
200ml Cold water
70 % Canola oil
30 % Sesame oil
