Our Hearts And Prayers Go Towards All The Friends And Family Members Who Lost A Loved One In The Paris Terrorist Attacks
Justin Bieber, along with many others who lost a friend or family member in the Paris attacks, is mourning the loss of his friend killed at the Bataclan theater during a concert.
Here is the 21-year-old’s tribute to the Universal Music Group executive, Thomas Ayad:
“Still thinking about Paris and my friend Thomas that we lost in the tragedy. He was a part of the team for years and I wish I would’ve had more time to thank him,” he wrote adding, “Make sure to appreciate people while you have them. Thanks Thomas for everything you did for me. You are appreciated and missed. Thoughts and prayers are with your family & friends #PrayForParis.”
It was confirmed that Ayad was one of the 89 people killed in Friday’s attack at the Bataclan theater during the Eagles of Death Metal concert by the UMG chairman and CEO Lucian Grainge.
Grainge wrote in a note to staffers,
“We have confirmed that Thomas Ayad, an international product manager for Mercury Records lost his life in the attack on the theater. This is an unspeakably appalling tragedy.”
