Baby Elephant Freed From A Poacher’s Snare

Inside the Olaro Motorogi Conservancy in South West Kenya, a baby elephant was found with a poacher’s snare around his leg. In order to remove the snare, a veterinarian team went ahead and used a tranquilizing dart on the baby to safely remove it. Next, in a very emotional matter, the mother elephant desperately tried to wake the baby.

The team then decides to dart the mother so they can free the baby with no harm. Once the whole ordeal was done, both mother and baby happily returned to the herd.
