Clearing up lungs

400 gr. of onions (chopped)

400 gr. of brown sugar

1 small piece of ginger root (chopped)

1 l. of water

2 teaspoons of turmeric

It is said that this recipe can clear up your lungs in just 3 days, even if you’ve been smoking for years! Usually people who are long-time smokers suffer from bronchitis and a cough, well not anymore after they consume this recipe!

To Prepare

Put the water and sugar in a large pot and cook until they boil. Add onions and ginger root for a couple of minutes. After, add the turmeric and some more ginger.

When the mixture boils once more, take it off the heat and let it cool down. After it gets to be in room temperature, pour it into a container and keep it in the fridge.

How To Use The Recipe

Drink a glass of the mixture twice a day. It is recommended that you drink one in the morning before breakfast. The other you should drink 2 hours after dinner. For optimal results, exercise regularly while on the treatment.
